Three days. Two thresholds.

The Water Portal is the first threshold a sweat lodge of the water, where you arrive, open, and are witnessed. The sound immersion experience is the second threshold a deep dive experience to journey inward while being held by the land, the medicine, and the open portal of the water we created.

Once the Water Portal closes and the land has been gathered into rest, the second threshold opens. This is an experience to journey inward while being held by the land, the medicine of the elements, and the open portal of the water we created.

The ceremony is held with live music from Dallas McKenzie and Justin of the Lovebyrds, bringing together harps, flutes, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal bowls, bass guitar, and more.

Meet the team

Dallas McKenzie

Host & Facilitator

Dallas has been holding ceremonial space for over seven years, and has spent the last four and a half years building her own relationship with the water into the ceremony you'll experience here. This is the first time she's weaving these wisdoms so openly: the water, the medicine, the breath, and trust. She is a sound practitioner and sound healer trained at the Globe Institute of Sound, and has been holding breathwork spaces for nearly a decade, trained at Alchemy of Breath. She will be bringing her instruments to hold the space in sound as well as ceremony. Read more about her relationship to the water further below.

Justin Mosley

Music

A multi-instrumentalist and devoted spaceholder, Justin has toured nationally and brought live music to ceremonies, weddings, and wellness retreats alike. Working with music led him to a healing path through music itself. He has been working with Dallas in the medicine space for a few years, and they look forward to holding space together. He looks forward to holding music in the nighttime hours of the medicine ceremony.

Ruby

Drumming Circle

Ruby is an elemental priestess & holistic healer who loves sharing resilience-building resources with others via sound, energy, yoga, and nature. A lifelong student of the drum, she has been collecting drums and rattles from around the world over the past 20+ years, and delights in bringing people together to share in the joy of rhythm. Ruby will host a drumming circle (drums provided) following the Water Portal portion of ceremony.

VIP Cabanas

VIP Experience guests stay overnight in a cabana, tucked into oak woodland with sweeping coastal views. Wood floors, a cozy loft bed, a rain shower, and a fire pit just outside your door. This is where you'll rest, integrate, and wake up to the morning after ceremony.

Glamping under the trees

Spacious canvas or safari styled tents, real mattresses, soft linens, and a private fire circle. Comfortable, warm, and close to the earth.

The venue

A magical arch cabin tucked into the land, glowing at night and welcoming by day. Inside, a whimsical, earthy space full of texture, plant medicine, and altar pieces, set among the gathering spaces and ceremony grounds.

This isn't just what happens during the ceremony. Every tier comes with support before you arrive and after you leave you're held before, during, and after.
